Blogging with a Wood-Fired Oven 11-17-10
The oven (our oven!)is likely to adopt a name soon- other than its birth name: Forno Bravo Casa 2G90- which is pretty cool, but after lighting up this beauty (which by the way we’re on day four of the five day curing process) it feels far too personal and alive not to have it’s very own name. I’d be curious to know how many others have named their ovens. DO TELL. I welcome oven blog happy friends to share your great wood-fired cooking adventures.
